1950-S 25c Doubled Die Reverse
The two photos above show the strongest area of doubling on the olive
leaves below the arrowheads and the minor RPM (too minor for listing) showing on the lower
serif. (The Mint mark also exhibits "strike doubling" to the east).
Below are more detailed images showing the doubling throughout the leaves, arrows and
eagle's right wing. The variety was first reported to the VCR by Daniel Carr on
December 4, 2000.
