This is the exciting Doubled Die Obverse often nicknamed the "Doubled Ear" variety! It displays strong doubling of Lincolns earlobe while additional doubling shows on details inside the ear, lock of hair in front of upper ear and throughout other areas of the hair (the 15 areas of doubling are highlighted in red in the upper photo below while the photo below that is of the same variety without the highlight).
